“Wonderful & helpful”, New Zealand, 25 Mar 2009
We arrived from New Zealand the day before and couldn't find our way or anywhere to stay in Dunfermline. I was on a mission to find where my father had been born and lived in Fife before immigrating to NZ. We ended up in Burntisland. Driving down the street, we stopped and went in. Really great, rooms lovely, service wonderful, price very reasonable, Internet for my laptop! Booked for 2 nights’ breakfast included and restaurant great - try the chicken stuffed with Haggis or a local steak. Owners were happy to advise us, as it was our first trip to Scotland. After travelling around Scotland for 2 weeks before returning down this way, we came back here as we knew it was what we wanted.
