Following confirmation all bookings must be secured by credit card including the 3 digit security number of a card registered to the guest or company responsible for the booking.
In Peak Season or over special dates such as Easter, Highland Games Day, Christmas, Hogmanay etc. we will require a deposit of £25 per night per room which is non-refundable if we are unable to rebook your accommodation within our 7 day cancellation policy.
Please note that all our rooms are non smoking and we do not cater for Hen & Stag nights.
Minimum 2 nights stay applies at weekends and Bank Holidays.
