The Royal Burgh of Burntisland is located under Binn Hill which stands 191 metres above the town and provides an eco-climate to the town and surrounding areas keeping folk in the best of weather.

How to Get Here...
From Edinburgh take the A90 north across the Forth Road Bridge; exit at Junction one on the M90 signposted Kirkcaldy and follow the ‘Fife Coastal Route’ A921 east through Aberdour to Burntisland, a total journey time of approximately 40 minutes.

On reaching the roundabout at the top of the hill turn down toward the town centre and turn left following the links and the sea now on your right hand side. Inchview Residence is a few hundred yards along on your left situated mid terrace.

There are frequent trains to Edinburgh giving you the opportunity to cross the famous Forth Rail Bridge. This scenic coastal journey is approximately 30 minutes.
